Bad Stomach Ache Prevention

Stomach ache is one thing that can give you all those sleepless nights and to tell you the truth there is no miracle cure for the stomach ache. In most cases the stomach ache is caused by the fact that you do not have a proper diet and you are simply eating whatever comes your way.

Here are a few things that you need to keep in mind while eating and hopefully it will help you avoid the bad stomach ache alltogether.

Too much vegetables


Feculent food

Acidic food

Fatty foods

Beans

Dried raisins and plums

Milk, dairy products

Spicy food

Food with many additives

Alcohol

Coffee and other caffeinated drinks
 
Tips to prevent stomach ache - When you are travelling.
 
Mase sure that you go to a good hotel to eat the food as that food then must have been prepared with hygiene. Always try a small portion of a new dish or food if you are travlling to another country. Always use the mineral water or drinking as that is safe and water is known to be the biggest carrier of bacteria and other harmful organisms.
 
Other causes of stomach ache are
 
Hangover stomach ache - The best thing is to avoid alcohol. If this is not possible ! then drink as much water as possible. Have a good sleep after the wet night out so that body can recover from the excess alcohol.
 
Coffee Stomach ache - For coffee stomach ache always drink coffee which is light. If coffee is causing too much problems then go for the tea. Tea will be help you avoid the stomach ache.
 
Swine flu H1N1 stomach ache -  There is no cure as such for this but basic prevention. People who are more prone to H1N1 virus should not go in places which are crowded as well as make sure that you have the best possible hygiene. Babies and pregnant should avoid contact with people who have the virus or suspected of virus like they have strong cough or sneezing or have flu like symptoms.
